ABS and HDPE

ABS and HDPE is used on the router machine to manufacture low to high volume use in parts and items. From barn door wheels to custom spacers in vehicles. Plastic is a versatile item that can be used in a lot of situations.

Wood and MDF

Wood can be routered with our CNC router according to the size and requirements of our clients. From soft woods to Hard woods.

 

Yellow MDF can be to and engraved with our CO2 Laser. perfect for custom items with precise measurements. We can assist our clients with cutting and engraving on Yellow MDF up to 6mm thick.

Mild Steel

Mild steel can be used for custom parts, decor and general metal work. We can assist our clients with cutting Mild steel on the Fibre Laser up to 8mm with precise measurements.

 

Our Plasma Cutter can cut mild steel op to 12mm thick and can be used for general brackets and parts.

Stainless Steel

Laser cut stainless steel (304 series) is our favorite metal for many projects, including industrial robotics, decorative applications, automation machinery and industrial kitchens. It’s durable, strong, and easy to work with. If you have a project that needs to stand the test of time, stainless steel is a great choice.

Damascus

Damascus is a type of forged metal that is used for knife manufacturing. Our Damascus is forged on premises by one of our owners. Van is known in the knife industry as one of the best and most sort after knife makers of our time. For custom Damascus, please contact us so that we can assist with the forging and cutting on our Fibre Laser Machine.
